Q. The sleeves on this jacket seem a little long, what can we do?
A. Sleeves and jacket bodies can be shortened or lengthened in inch increments to fit nearly any size customer. We ask high school students how old they are, are you still growing, have Mom and Dad come in with you so we can get their input. We want your jacket to be comfortable and sized properly so you will look great!

Q. What color will my patches be?
A. We generally match patch color combinations to match the students "Letter". We will do any combination the customer wants, however it always looks good to have all patches the same combination.

Q. How long will it take to get my jacket?
A. We strive to have your jacket in 4 weeks from time of order to delivery. This applies to local jackets only. Fall and winter are our busiest times of the year. Please allow some extra time for Christmas etc. We ship our jackets nation wide, please allow time for shipping.

Q. I live on the East coast, how difficult is it to order without trying on a jacket?
A. What size of jacket do you wear? Can you give us sleeve and torso measurements? Height and weight also will help. The more information you give us the better we can dial the size of your jacket in for you. We have an order form online that we can help you fill out.
